The new SPG2309 is the continuation of Geoscanners' development in airborne Ground Penetrating Radar systems. This unit combines newly developed acquisition electronics, a quieter data path, and excellent antenna design. All of this provides the user with much cleaner data and faster acquisition times.

The collected data is stored via WiFi link, Ethernet link, or onboard SD card for autonomous flight mode. The unit is powered via PoE or directly from the drone’s power system. A module is available that allows the end user to implement their own application software.

The SPG2309 is an all-in-one airborne Ground Penetrating Radar system designed for mid-range applications. The unit addresses the problem of mid-range surveys in extremely difficult terrain where ground coupled antennas or systems are impractical or impossible.

It integrates transmitting and receiving transducers, control electronics, and power supplies for a fully functional system. The radar has been upgraded with the latest developments to provide cleaner data for more reliable and faster results.

The SPG2309 features internal data storage, allowing autonomous surveys without needing a computer connection, eliminating the possibility of data losses.
